To add bookmarks to PDF documents using pdfFactory, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Print a job to pdfFactory and wait for the pdfFactory dialog to appear.

Step 2: Click the Bookmarks tab and select the options you want. The PDF will be regenerated when the options change. pdfFactory has the ability to generate a table of contents from any application, not just Microsoft Office.

Step 3: View the resulting bookmarks in the Preview tab. Now you can choose to delete and rename bookmarks or add new ones if you wish.
