pdfFactory allows you to choose which fonts to embed into your PDF document. Embedding fonts ensures that the recipient of the document will see the same fonts as were used to create the document even if the fonts are not installed on the recipient’s computer.
pdfFactory shows the fonts that are actually used in the document instead of the entire list of installed fonts.
Step 1: Select the “Fonts” tab
Step 2: Select the fonts you want to embed into the PDF document and click the >>> arrows.
