Creating a secure PDF document with pdfFactory Pro is simple, just follow these two steps.

Step 1: Print a job to pdfFactory Pro and wait for the dialog box to appear.

Step 2: Click the Security tab and select the security options you want to use. The PDF will be regenerated when the options change.

Note: PDF files can be edited with the full version of Acrobat and other tools. If you want to restrict editing of the PDF, you check the restriction for “change document” in the security tab.
