To create a PDF using pdfFacoty, simply select the pdfFactory driver in the Print dialog box of any application and Print. pdfFactory will create a PDF document for you.

Step 1: Select the Print menu item in the File menu in your application. Select the pdfFactory driver when the Print dialog box appears. Click PRINT. There is no need to use the Properties button if it appears in the Print dialog box.

Step 2: Wait for the pdfFactory preview window to appear as shown below. Now you can Save, Send (via email) or simply View your PDF document.
