pdfFactory Pro allows you to use stamps to number pages or add headers, footers and watermarks. Bates stamping for legal documents is also supported.
Step 1: After printing a document to pdfFactory Pro, from the Jobs tab select the stamp set you want to use. Stamp options include page numbering, date and time stamps, or your own text in a header, footer or watermark. It is also possible to create a custom stamp set. See below.
Custom stamp sets can be created using the Stamps tab. Headers, footers, watermarks and page numbering are all supported.
